About Us:
CoreBrew Lagree is the first Lagree studio in Adelaide - set to open in April 2025!
The Lagree method is a high-intensity, low-impact workout that integrates some of the core concepts of Pilates with principles from strength training and other fitness methods. It provides an intense full-body workout on the Megaformer Pro to improve strength, endurance, flexibility and balance.

What You’ll Do:
Lead and plan small group Lagree classes (maximum of 10 participants)
Create a positive, supportive and engaging atmosphere where every participant feels welcomed and challenged, no matter their fitness level.
Foster a sense of community among clients, building relationships and encouraging individual and group progress.
Ensure safety, proper form, and effective modifications for clients of all ages and abilities.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio and equipment.
About the Role:
Short 3-4 hour shifts
Convenient block scheduling and more class availability means longer shifts available if desired
Flexible working hours and schedule
Approximately 10-15 hours per week, over a seven day roster
Options for early mornings, evenings and weekend shifts
Competitive and above award wage
What We’re Looking For:
Prior qualifications in Pilates (either mat or equipment-based Pilates), strength and conditioning, or personal training (Cert III and/or IV)
Previous experience in teaching group fitness classes
Must be available to attend training in the Lagree method in March 2025 (March 13th-16th)
Current Senior First Aid and CPR certification
Individual professional indemnity insurance

JOIN US AS A BARISTA.
Position: Barista (casual position)
Location: CoreBrew Lagree / Adelaide CBD
Hours: 15-20 hours per week
Availability: Weekdays and weekends. Early starts but no late nights (one for the early birds!)
About the Role
As a barista at CoreBrew Lagree, you’ll offer our customers a warm welcome and the highest quality coffee experience. We use premium coffee beans and state-of-the-art equipment to create exceptional drinks, and we’re looking for someone with at least one year of barista experience to help us deliver that. You will also be responsible for checking clients into the studio as they arrive for their Lagree class. You’ll play a key role in building our community, ensuring every customer and client leaves with a smile.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of coffee drinks to the highest standards using premium coffee beans and professional equipment
Provide friendly, efficient and personalised customer service
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, upholding hygiene standards
Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers
Checking clients into the studio as they arrive for their Lagree class
What We’re Looking For
A minimum of one year of barista experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A positive attitude and desire to be part of a friendly and supportive team environment
Availability to work weekdays and weekends
A love for people and creating a welcoming atmosphere
